R. J. Draper & Co Ltd is a family owned company, founded in 1937. We are based in Glastonbury, in the Southwest of England, traditionally the heart of England’s sheepskin industry. We are proud to say that we are a fourth generation family business, and have been manufacturing in our Glastonbury factory for 80 years. Our specialty is footwear made of luxurious sheepskin and leather, providing warmth and comfort, in traditional English designs. (You may notice that we say sheepskin, rather than shearling. It’s a habit. Offshore, the two terms are often used interchangeably, so if you wish to say shearling slippers, we won’t hold it against you.) It takes up to 4 weeks to manufacture our footwear, and we use great care and work with top grade materials. The result is a product of excellent quality which you will be delighted to own.
